time to sit back and unwind...

We've had soo much going on and its been forever since I've blogged so I will tell you all this should be a long one!!

We were able to take a break and go to California with the Nielson's!!

We had tons and tons of fun!!!

So who have heard or seen the TV show Minute to Win It?? Well one night Pam said we had to come of with something for someone to do and they have to TRY to do it in a minute?

David had to stack two bocce balls on top of each other!

Matt had to put Desitin (thats all we had) on his nose and transfer cotton balls from one bowl to the other bowl.

Kristin had to step on a broom and flick the broom enough to not hit the table and hit the plate for the plate to launch a marshmallow and catch it in a cup!

Jon had to strap this tissue box to his back and try to get 8 salt packets out of the box.

Jonathan had to roll himself in toilet paper!

This was the after math of him spinning so much! Boy was it funny!

T had to tie on a nylon to her waist with a ball in it. She then had to use the ball to hit another ball across the room!!

Kim had to stack three apples on each other!

I had to stack ?so many? cups in a pyramid and then unstack them! I'm pretty sure I was the only one who didn't do it in a minute!!

Jenni had to put together the front of a cereal box!

Amber had to blow of a deck of cards but not blow off the bottom white card

Pam had to pull the cards out from underneath the bottom of waters without knocking the bottoms down.

It was so much fun and soo funny to watch everyone be silly!

One day we were so lucky to go to the Newport Temple with Jon, Pam, T, and Matt!

My BEST friend got MARRIED!!!

While Chad went on a mission to Argentina for two years, Anais patiently waited for him and got married on July 10, 2010!!! Congrats!! Love you both!!

Well I'd like to make a special shout out to my mother and father!! TODAY is my Mom's birthday and next Wednesday is my Dad's birthday!! So me and David decided that we wanted to plant my mom and dad flowers in the flower garden spot and make a sign!

After we planted flowers at my parents house, we went over to David's parents and cut there bushes for them! Man was that some hard labor!! We rested the rest of the day!!

Well thats pretty much our summer so far! Besides trying to enjoy the heat, I've still been trying to get interview after interview but no luck yet, so if you know of any jobs out there feel free to send them our way!!

Next weekend we get to go to Utah for David's friend, Brad Marsh, wedding! We get to get out of the heat but of course right when its starting to rain!!

LAKE POWELL 2010

Well it's official, I quit my job that I've had for THREE years! Tear! I absolutely loved my job but it is time to move on BUT I still am looking for another one so any of you that read this and know of anybody hiring, I'd appriciate if you told me!

On to the fun stuff!! We went to Lake Powell and man was it FUN!!

First, I'll introduce all the couples that came!! And I'll admit I stole like 5 pics from Lauren!

Allison and Craig Drew, the ones who put the whole shindig on! They we so wonderful, not for only inviting all of Jeff's friends but for ALL they did for us there!

Well Tadd didn't bring a date so i guess he thought Nate was a date during the bonfire!

Tadd also thought David was his date as well.

The two being a little to friendly in there wonderful wetsuits!

And last but not least, Tadd and David sleeping together! Yes, I slept in the houseboat all by my lonesome one night while David slept with Tadd! Should I be worried?!

We went to the pizza place there in Page and enjoyed the pizza.

On the way getting pizza, cracked my toe either on David's shoe or the bolt on the dock(my fault). But hey doesn't some kind of injury have to happy at Lake Powell? At least this was the worst it got! haha

Well we were lucky enought to go to the dedication of the Gila Temple and the jetskies were parked in the wrong place so right before we left David and Jeff moved them and so we had to talk a pic of David's nice outfit! I guess its ten times better than his white shorts (those that know what the white shorts are)

What did we do the whole time we were there??!

We watched the Suns games of course!!

One night Allison made us all leave and she set up a nice Luau party on top of the houseboat!

All the girls have a Hula Dance Competition! The boys were laughing at me but I'm pretty sure I was the best one and there Ciara was checkin out my moves! haha just kidding!

Emily actually won the contes and one this ear flapping dog! All boys doing there crazy dance!!

David won the boys contest! He won a baby towel for our first born child! haha

Well the Drew's wanted the other family member to come up have a nice vacation with them but Allison and Craig had to go back for Nate's graduation. They didn't want to drive the houseboat ALL the way into to marina so luckily me and David got the houseboat ALL by ourselves for a WHOLE day. We enjoyed it but also was stressed trying to tighten up the ropes with just the two of us.

We tried taking a cute picture before the sun went down but as you can tell we were a little late! Well we enjoyed our trip and we are so excited to go to California with the Nielson family this next week!! Woo Woo

Tyler said there were a few things he wanted to do before he left on his mission! One of them was he wanted to get up on a wakeboard at the lake, SOOO David's dad was soo soo nice and let him take our family out to the lake!

At the airport saying our good-bye's (tear!)

The fam before Ty left through Security! There were 3 other missionaries at the airport that day leaving as well. Us girls were holding up just great until we look over at one of the brothers of the other missionary and he was BAWLING his eyes out and that started the tears from us girls!!Some people might see this picture and think "you would" and YES we totally would watch his plane leave at the top of the parking garage!

Not only is Ty leaving me, but ANAIS my best friend is moving up to utah!! Her missionary got home and she graduated from school and is looking for a job up there in utah!!

Our farwell dinner at BJ'sAt Anais' the night before she left! I have a totally fake smile, and you'll find out next picture!! But Anais better know she better come back to visit ALL THE TIME and she better know I'm gonna come visit her ALL THE TIME!

Friday the 14th, I got my two bottom wisdom teeth out!! That is why I have a cheesy smile with Anais ^ because I got them out that same day!

Luckily, I have an awesome uncle and an awesome cousin who came in on their DAY OFF to take them out! David was being silly and took this picture! Which I wasn't too happy about when he took it but now I kinda am! haha

I made this silly picture because he totally took such great care of me after I got my wisdom teeth out, even when he had to go to work the next day, he made many phone calls checking up on me and sent his mother to help me out(which i dearly appreciated)!! I know the picture says "Husband of the month!" but he really deserves "HUSBAND OF THE ETERNTIES!!!" haha I love him!!
